Shipping & Returns
We’re delighted to offer free shipping on all orders with UPS Ground. If you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can upgrade to a faster UPS service at checkout.
Your order is important to us! We process and ship orders within 24-72 hours of receipt. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow your purchase to your doorstep.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you were hoping for, we’re here to help. Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery and keep the packaging if you’re considering a return.
- To start a return, simply email us at hello@heymat.com to receive a Return Authorization.
- Please note that while return shipping costs are not covered by us, we’ll gladly assist in arranging a convenient pick-up. A flat return fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be received within 30 days of date of purchase. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in like-new condition due to misuse or damage. A restocking fee may also apply.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to appear on your account.
