Shipping & Returns

We ship via Ground Service from UPS and USPS from our East Coast warehouse. Transit time varies especially West of the Rockies but is typically 3 to 7 business days. 

We ship within 72 hours of receipt of your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement from us and a shipment tracking number will follow within 72 hours.

We want you to LOVE your Heymat, We offer a 30 day return policy if you are not happy with your purchase.
