When the order is registered in our online store, you will receive an order confirmation at your specified email address.

Shipping Europe:
Your package will get carried with PostNord and DPD.

Lead time variates from country to country. Approximate lead time: 4-14 workdays.

Please email us at info@heymat.no for your tracking code. Tracking PostNord: www.postnord.no

Shipping outside Europe:
International packages outside Europe is shipped with DHL.

Approximate lead time: 2-4 working days

• Klarna
  Pay by card (Visa and Mastercard) or by invoice

If you have chosen invoice from Klarna and do not pay the amount within the deadline, payment reminder and further follow-up will be carried out by Klarna

If you have a gift card you wish to use, enter the gift card code when you reach the payment page.

The gift card value is deducted from the total, and you can pay any excess amount with our payment solutions

If a product you have purchased are out of stock, we will give you feedback on this and inform you about the expected delivery time

If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it within 30 days. The mat must be unused and undamaged.

We will refund the amount as soon as we receive the package in return.

If you have chosen invoice as payment method, this must be paid if we receive the item after the payment deadline has been exceeded

The mats can withstand under-floot heating. However, different floors can be sensitive to coverage, and since a Heymat has a dense rubber backing, it may be advantageous to check the floor periodically for the first time

No, Heymat does not contain any endocrine disrupting or carcinogenic substances

Our products are manufactured in Belgium and the USA.

We use factories that specializes on mats with high quality and optimal function.

  Heymat Original has a soft surface made of 100% recycled PET. The thickness of the pile, and the way it is woven, provides a very durable surface that can withstand active use
• Rubber
  The backing is made from nitrile rubber. The rubber is resistant to all kinds of dirt and is very flexible
  
  The rubberized backing enables the mat to lie solid and flat on the floor
• Thickness
  7-11 mm
• Individual variation
  The production process behind a Heymat involves numerous manual operations. The mats therefore have fewer variations in size, color and appearance
• Flame resistant
  Heymat meets standard EN ISO 9239-1

  Heymat+ has a coarse surface made of 100% recycled PET. The thickness of the pile, and the way it is woven, provides a very durable surface that can withstand active use Rubber

In our assortment, we currently have two different qualities. Heymat Original and Heymat+. These require slightly different maintenance.

When washing Heymat Original, you should use ordinary laundry detergent without bleach

After the mat has been rolled up or washed in the machine, the rubber may curl slightly. This will straighten out shortly after the mat is laid on the floor

The colors of Heymat will stay well over time, both through daily use and through sunlight exposure
